Multi-head weighers

As a manufacturer of hardware, we are looking for a reliable solution to pack large batches quickly and accurately. With Altrimex’s multihead weighers, we can achieve speeds of up to 50 boxes or bags per minute, without compromising on accuracy. For simple applications, linear weighing is a suitable alternative.

The multihead weigher is not only suitable for hardware, but also for other loose goods such as sweets, nuts and pet food. This allows us to deploy the same technology flexibly across different markets.

Our product is distributed evenly from the feed hopper onto a vibrating centre disc and accurately metered to multiple weighing units. Thanks to smart combination weighing, partial weights are optimally combined and fed to the filling station as an exact final weight. This results in consistent packaging quality and minimal product variation.
