Relevant providers will receive your enquiry immediately. Responses usually follow within a few working days, depending on your enquiry.

Do I need to create an account?

You don’t need an account to submit a request. However, with a free account, you can manage your requests and responses all in one place.

How do I know if a provider is reliable?

Suppliers are linked to their company details and profile. You’ll also find reviews from other buyers, which you can use to gauge their reliability.

My company is on the platform. How do I claim my profile?

Look up your company under ‘Is your company already listed?’ and choose Claim. If you have an email address on your company website’s domain, you confirm the claim via a link in your email. Otherwise we review your request manually.
