Gernep Rollina hot-melt labelling system

The Gernep Rollina is a fully automatic hot-melt labelling machine designed for the fast and accurate circumferential labelling of glass, plastic and metal packaging in various shapes and sizes. The machine uses pre-cut paper or plastic labels, which are applied without a glue drum. Hot-melt adhesive is dispensed in dots via high-pressure nozzles, after which the label is placed directly onto the packaging from the magazine and securely bonded with a vertical adhesive strip. This ensures a reliable seal and a very clean, low-maintenance method of bonding. The Rollina is a rotary labeller that handles both small and large labels, provided the product is not tapered or curved. Thanks to high-quality control and drive components, the machine offers high availability, ease of use and low operating costs.
