Gernep Soluta labelling system

The Gernep Soluta is a rotary labelling machine designed for the fast and accurate application of self-adhesive labels to products in sectors such as beverages, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The machine excels at high speeds and high volumes, and can handle a wide range of packaging materials, including glass, PET, plastic and metal. With up to six labelling applicators, products can be labelled with extreme precision, whilst the modular design enables an efficient non-stop production line. If required, self-adhesive labels can be combined with wet glue or hot melt. The Soluta uses self-adhesive labels suitable for high-quality product presentations, including ‘no-label’ look and water-resistant plastic labels.
