Monolithic tyres

Our monolithic belts are used in environments where hygiene and food safety must meet the highest standards and requirements. The belts contain no fabric reinforcements, thereby preventing the risk of fabric protrusion and contamination caused by delaminating textile layers.

In addition to traditional belts, positively driven belts are also available. These belts require minimal tension, which extends their service life. The risk of misalignment and slippage with this type of belt is minimised.

The monolithic belts are available in PU and PE materials.

During the manufacturing process of our belts, various accessories can be fitted to the belt:
