Indusen

Indusen specialises in sensor, encoder and lighting solutions for machine building and industrial automation. We support machine builders, OEMs and technical services in the Netherlands and Belgium in selecting, replacing and implementing components. Within the packaging industry, we focus on packaging machines, production lines, conveyor systems and intralogistics.

Our range includes, amongst other things:

• Sensors for product and packaging detection: for detecting boxes, products, labels and film, and for monitoring positions and distances.

• Encoders and measurement solutions: for position, speed and length measurement, for example on conveyor belts, film feeders and format adjustment.

• Machine lighting: industrial LED lighting for a clear view of the process, maintenance and inspection, with options for integration into the machine design.

• Status and signal lighting: integrated light bars and RGB/RGBW solutions that indicate machine status and enhance the machine’s appearance.

• Additional components: safety light curtains, motion control components and sensors for vibration monitoring.

We start with the application: what needs to be detected, measured, moved or illuminated? In doing so, we consider speed, accuracy, installation, control and environmental factors such as humidity, contamination and cleaning.

Based on these requirements, we compare suitable manufacturers and models in terms of technology, price and availability. We advise on new machine designs, as well as on retrofits, the replacement of obsolete components and the search for suitable alternatives. Where necessary, we coordinate a customer-specific design with the manufacturer.

In this way, Indusen helps companies find solutions that suit both the machine and the continuity of production and maintenance.

From problem to solution – technically and economically sound.
