Meesters van de Halm

Since 1977, we have been using a unique process to transform organic grains – mainly grown in the Netherlands – into flakes, muesli and granola. Hulling, flattening and processing grains is no simple task; it is a craft. We call it mastery. We are the only company in the Netherlands where the entire process – from husking and flattening the grains right through to baking and packaging the products – takes place in our own factory. This includes private-label products too. That is why we call our employees ‘Masters of De Halm’.
