Finch Filling Line

Finch Filling Line demonstration model. Specifically used with water for trade fair purposes and in the showroom.

The Finch Filling Line is a compact and versatile filling line for the semi-automatic filling of jerrycans, cans, buckets and other containers. The line combines accuracy, ease of use and a robust industrial design, making it ideally suited for applications within the chemical, food and process industries.

- Suitable for jerrycans, buckets, jars, etc.

- Fitted with a 316 stainless steel filling lance with a diameter of approx. 33 mm (not shown in the image). The lance is made entirely of stainless steel, including the lance housing. Other types of lances (e.g. Hastelloy, different dimensions or versions with a nitrogen tube) are available on request

- Pneumatic high/low cylinder (Festo)

- Gravimetric filling principle using a Penko load cell (calibratable) up to 30 kg per container

- Comprehensive HMI with colour touchscreen display and recipe management

- Workbench fitted with plastic rollers

- Power supply: 230V & 5–6 bar clean and dry compressed air.
