MK TH1050 tray sealer – demonstration machine

MK TH1050 demo tray sealer, as good as new

This MK Gilze TH1050 thermoformer was manufactured in 2025. The machine has a film width of 420 mm and is fitted with a die with a cut-off length of 300 mm. The die is currently configured in a 3.2 layout. The machine is fitted with one format. This format can be used for soft film packaging. The format does not have a die. The machine frame is currently 3500mm long, but we can always adjust this to suit your requirements.

Machine details

Bottom film unwinding type: 76 mm core.
Top film unwinding type: 76 mm core.
The machine is fitted with one QRF blade.
The machine is equipped with a cassette-type longitudinal cutting unit.
To handle the residual film, this machine uses take-up rollers.
The products exit the machine onto an inliner.

The machine also features:
