Frequently Asked Questions About Memberships
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes. All paid memberships can be canceled on a monthly basis. For annual billing, the membership continues until the end of the contract period.
- What is the difference between Plus and Premium?
- Plus gives you an extended company profile with portfolio, photos, USPs and machines, extra visibility in the company directory, reviews and unlimited marketplace credits. Premium includes everything in Plus and also always puts you at the top of the directory. With Premium you can also view buyer requests and respond to them.
- Is there a trial period?
- Yes. If you supply packaging, machines or services, you get Plus free for the first 30 days: straight away when you claim your company profile, or as soon as we have approved your newly created profile. You do not enter any payment details and the trial ends by itself. There is nothing to cancel and your profile simply stays online afterwards.
- Do I pay a commission on assignments?
- No. Nederland Verpakt is an open platform without commission or brokerage fees. You only pay for your membership, monthly or yearly.
