Sepia CP01 Case Packer

The Sepia CP01 case packer was developed in-house by Het Packhuys, in collaboration with our trusted partner J-TS. The high demand for a compact yet fast and powerful case packer has led to the creation of this impressive machine. The advantages of the Sepia CP01 case packer: In-house development and production Minimal pressure on the top seal film Virtually no moving parts Easy to integrate into existing lines Flexible and easy to maintain The CP01 case packer places trays quickly and precisely into the appropriate boxes, tubs or crates, with minimal pressure on the top-seal film; this is the system’s key advantage! The machine easily processes up to 100 trays per minute and is simple to integrate into existing production lines. 30x40 or 60x40 (pavement-style) boxes or the various plastic tubs are no problem for the machine. Thanks to a film detection system and a barcode scanner, you can be sure that only correctly packaged products are packed. In combination with our box destacker, the customer is assured of fully autonomous end-of-line automation.

V140P automatic case packer for small boxes

The V140P automatic case packer is an easy-to-set-up, reliable machine, suitable for packing individual boxes into an outer carton. The outer carton is automatically retrieved from the magazine and placed in front of the stacker. The products are automatically stacked by the machine via servo motor control. The outer carton is positioned in front of the individual boxes and is then filled from the stacking unit. Format changes can be carried out quickly thanks to the use of position indicators and good accessibility. The boxes are automatically sealed using tape or hot glue.

The V140 SA semi-automatic case packer is an easy-to-set-up machine, suitable for packing individual boxes into a master carton. The outer carton is placed on the conveyor by the operator. The products are automatically stacked by the machine. The outer carton is positioned in front of the individual boxes and is then filled from the stacking unit. Format changes are quick thanks to the use of position indicators. The changeover time is just 5 minutes.
