Condor Capping Machine – efficient, flexible and low-maintenance

Condor Capping Machine – efficient, flexible and low-maintenance

The Condor Capping Machine is a capping machine specially designed for jerrycans and bottles. It is an innovative solution for businesses looking to improve the efficiency and reliability of their packaging process. Condor Capping Machine Flexible integration into any production line Suitable for various can sizes Tightening torque freely adjustable (up to 25 Nm) Low air consumption Touchscreen with programme storage The Condor Capping Machine has been specially designed for the automatic capping of jerry cans with different types of caps The benefits are numerous, including greater flexibility, easy maintenance and low operating costs. Discover the Condor Capping Machine from TFS. The Condor Capping Machine is suitable for capping various types of jerrycans and is therefore widely applicable across various industries. It is also possible to easily convert this machine to accommodate a different type of cap. This makes it ideal for companies working with different products and packaging formats (with standard screw caps, child-resistant caps or other variants) without the need for time-consuming adjustments or changeovers. Flexibly adjustable via touchscreen One of the key features of the Condor Capping Machine is its user-friendly touchscreen control panel. Operators can easily choose from one of the pre-programmed recipes to select the correct cap profile. This also sets the tightening torque, which is freely adjustable depending on the type of cap and the specifications of the jerrycan. This ensures a consistent, high-quality seal, regardless of the product being processed. Technical specifications Supply voltage: 3-phase 400V ~ 50 Hz + N, PE Compressed air: 6 bar Cap type: standard DIN 51 and/or DIN 61 Capacity: 450 cans per hour (depending on model) Direction of operation: from right to left (other directions possible) PLC/Touchscreen: Siemens Pneumatics: Festo Flexibly adjustable via touchscreen The Condor Capping Machine is easy to operate via a touchscreen, which allows the cap profile and tightening torque to be set quickly. Integration and low air consumption The Condor Capping Machine is designed for easy integration into existing filling lines, allowing the production process to be seamlessly expanded. This makes the machine ideal for companies with automated filling lines that wish to optimise their capping process. With low air consumption, the Condor Capping Machine offers a dual benefit: lower operating costs and a reduced environmental footprint thanks to lower electricity consumption. The smart airflow technology minimises waste without compromising on performance, making the Condor Capping Machine a cost-effective and sustainable choice. Easy cleaning and minimal maintenance Easy cleaning is one of the key features of the Condor Capping Machine. Hygiene and ease of use were central to the machine’s design. Thanks to its open design and the use of a stainless steel frame, the machine can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Furthermore, the machine requires virtually no maintenance, resulting in minimal downtime and low maintenance costs. Automatic cap feeding With the Condor Capping Machine, the caps are fed into the machine at the front. They are then conveyed via a slide chute to the capping head. This process is fully automatic, thereby increasing productivity. The machine is supplied with a specially designed cap feed conveyor. The caps are collected in a buffer hopper. From this hopper, the caps are automatically fed to the capping head for efficient processing. This ensures a continuous flow of products without interruptions or errors.
