Axoblock 100 automatic filling and sealing machine

The Axoblock 100 is a compact automatic filling and capping machine. The machine is available in two versions and can be fitted with or without pucks for positioning the bottles.

The strength of this machine lies in its ability to switch quickly to a different bottle size. By using pucks, the machine can fill both stable and unstable products effortlessly.

A highly compact solution for filling and capping products.
The bottles are placed manually on a loading table or into pucks. Filling is carried out via a volumetric filling unit. The closable filling nozzle ensures bottom filling. The bottles are closed automatically. Caps can be fed automatically or manually. 

All settings are easy to adjust and can be saved in a recipe. This ensures quick and easy format changes. At the touch of a button, the heights and speed of the capping unit are automatically adjusted. Various programmes and recipes can be set via the 10-inch display.
