PRISM robotic feeding system
The PRISM is a robotic feeding system capable of sorting a variety of products and placing them onto a conveyor belt. It is ideal for handling products gently to prevent scratches. It can also handle products with unusual shapes. The machine sorts all kinds of bottles, jars, dispensers, vials, tubes, gaskets, brushes, caps and sprayers. V140SA semi-automatic case packer for small boxes
The V140 SA semi-automatic case packer is an easy-to-set-up machine, suitable for packing individual boxes into a master carton. The outer carton is placed on the conveyor by the operator. The products are automatically stacked by the machine. The outer carton is positioned in front of the individual boxes and is then filled from the stacking unit. Format changes are quick thanks to the use of position indicators. The changeover time is just 5 minutes.
V150 automatic case packer for bottles and jars
The V150 automatic case packer is an easy-to-set-up, reliable machine, suitable for packing bottles and jars. The outer carton is automatically retrieved from the magazine and placed in front of the stacker. The products are automatically picked up by the machine via servo motor control. The outer carton is positioned in front of the bottles and is then filled by the pick-up arm. Format changes are quick thanks to the use of position indicators and good accessibility. The cartons are automatically sealed using tape or hot glue.
V140P automatic case packer for small boxes
The V140P automatic case packer is an easy-to-set-up, reliable machine, suitable for packing individual boxes into an outer carton. The outer carton is automatically retrieved from the magazine and placed in front of the stacker. The products are automatically stacked by the machine via servo motor control. Format changes can be carried out quickly thanks to the use of position indicators and good accessibility. The boxes are automatically sealed using tape or hot glue.
V106N horizontal cartoning machine
The V106N is an easily accessible horizontal cartoning machine suitable for small and medium-sized products such as tubes, vials, jars, blister packs and more. The boxes are closed automatically using the tuck-in or hot-glue method.
Vertipack vertical cartoning machine
The Vertipack vertical cartoning machine is ideal for use in the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industries, for example with lacquered boxes.
AXO 10 Aluminium Tube Sealing Machine
The Axomatic 10M is a manual aluminium tube sealing machine suitable for sealing tubes up to a diameter of 42 mm. The machine can seal tubes with a single or double fold. The ideal machine for small production runs or for laboratory use, with an output of up to 100 tubes per hour. As an option, a code (letters or numbers) can be added to the seal. The machine is very compact and can be used in any space.
NZT-100 Tube Sealing Machine
The NZT-100 semi-automatic tube sealing machine is suitable for sealing and coding plastic tubes. This easy-to-operate machine seals and codes tubes in a single operation. Various programmes can be stored in the memory. Hot-air system, delivering the same results as those of large, fully automatic tube sealing systems. The capacity is up to 900 tubes per hour.
NTT-200 tube filling and sealing machine
The NTT-200 semi-automatic tube filling and sealing machine is suitable for filling, sealing and coding plastic tubes. The machine is fitted with a laser to help align the tubes correctly with the text. The filling volume is set using a digital meter on top of the machine. Various programmes can be stored in the memory. Hot-air system, delivering the same results as those of large, fully automatic tube sealing systems. The capacity is up to 720 tubes per hour.
