AXO4800 tube filling and sealing machine

Features of the AXOMATIC AXO4800 tube-filling machines:

Stainless steel feed magazine with horizontal feeding of the tubes to the loading station. This can be adjusted very quickly and is reliable, preventing the tubes from bridging.

Feeding station with vacuum (holds the tube in place during insertion) and a pneumatic pressure cylinder to press the tube 100 per cent into the bottom of the tube holder.

Alignment station with bottom drive for rotating the tube holder, ensuring that the filling side of the tube is not subjected to stress from a rotating part (no particles, in accordance with FDA regulations)

All drive curves in the machine are milled into the mechanism (no springs for the downward movements of the drives), which ensures high operational reliability and results in a smoother-running machine drive.

PLC control and a few adjustments via an encoder, with values and alarm messages displayed on a 10” touchscreen.

Easy switching between a capping system for aluminium tubes and a capping system for plastic tubes.
