With a capacity of 30,000 pallet spaces in our modern, BRC-certified cold store in Waalwijk, we offer secure and strictly controlled storage for all your frozen goods. Our cold store is optimally equipped for both bulk storage and detailed order picking at box level. What makes Froster unique is the extensive digitalisation of the supply chain: Advanced EDI links: Thanks to seamless system links (Electronic Data Interchange), you have 24/7 real-time insight into your current stock levels and order status. Full back-office support: We not only take care of the physical storage for you, but also act as your logistics back office. This covers everything from goods receipt and stock management to the administrative processing of orders. Closed-loop supply chain: From our strategic hub in Waalwijk, we use our own fleet to manage the finely meshed distribution network throughout the Benelux, guaranteeing temperature control from the cold store to the final destination. Flexible scalability: Whether you are an innovative start-up or an established retailer, our processes are designed to grow alongside your volume and specific customer requirements. Distribution and Transport

Any volume: We deliver from 20 boxes to 20 pallets, directly to retailers, wholesalers and the out-of-home market. Reliability: Our drivers are specialists in the cold chain. Thanks to fixed routes and tight scheduling, we guarantee the delivery reliability that is essential for your customer relations. Track & Trace: Full visibility of your consignments, from departure from Waalwijk to the signature on delivery.

Synergy with PolarPack: Froster’s unique advantage is its direct integration with PolarPack. Your products are packed, stored and distributed all under one roof. Private label manufacturing
We support brand organisations in fully realising their private label ambitions. Our sister company, PolarPack – which operates from the same premises as Froster – is equipped to handle rapid changes and ensure the utmost precision in the labelling and coding of products. Rapid response: Do you have a batch that needs correcting or relabelling? We offer the flexibility to process large volumes at short notice. From bulk to shelf: We handle the entire process: from unpacking bulk goods to preparing them for dispatch in printed consumer boxes or flow packs.
Co-packing & repacking
Our sister company, PolarPack, specialises in the physical processing of frozen foodstuffs. With six modern production lines, we offer high-capacity repackaging of bulk goods into any desired consumer or bulk packaging. Customisation: We weigh, portion and package in accordance with your exact specifications. Quality assurance: Our production areas are constantly cooled to 4°C, whilst the products come directly from -18°C storage. This guarantees unrivalled freshness and food safety. Certification: Fully BRC and SKAL certified, which means we are also authorised to process your organic range.
