Portfolio of Microz

Labelling & packaging
Microz can apply labels to plastic or glass packaging. We normally ask our customers to supply the product labels themselves. Microz can also package your end product. Whether it’s packaging jars or blister packs into outer packaging (boxes), we’d be happy to do it for you.

Filling
Microz offers a wide range of packaging materials in which tablets, capsules and powders can be packaged. We make a carefully considered choice in this regard, based on the technical properties of the product and/or the best possible opportunities for brand communication.

Blistering
Tablets or capsules can be packaged in a blister pack. Here too, Microz offers a wide range of options in terms of shape, size, barrier properties and printing. We have a suitable solution for every tablet or capsule.

Coating
As a full-service manufacturer of food supplements, Microz naturally also offers the specific coating process for tablets. As well as its cosmetic purpose, tablet coating also serves several functional purposes. From a cosmetic perspective, film coating not only ensures that the product looks neat and attractive, but functionally, the polymer layers help to make swallowing more comfortable, protect the contents and control the release of the active ingredient to some extent.

Tablet production
Microz offers a wide range of tablet shapes and sizes. These vary from round to oval and from 5 to 26 mm. Depending on the desired dosage, we will work with you to select the appropriate size. Microz also specialises in applying a seal or colour coating to your tablets, as well as in the production of lozenges.

Encapsulation
At Microz, you can choose from a wide range of capsules: gelatine or vegetarian capsules; small sizes (sizes 1, 2, 3, 4) or larger capsules (sizes 0, 00, 000). In addition, Microz can handle the filling of small quantities from 50,000 capsules (pilot), 100,000 capsules (minimum) right up to large batches of several million capsules. We can help you choose the right type of capsule or capsule size.

Blending
Perhaps the most underestimated step in the production process of a supplement: blending. However, it is crucial! Of course, the quality of the ingredients is essential. No doubt about it. However, the way in which a formula is ultimately blended into a homogeneous mixture is true craftsmanship.

Formula development
Would you like to develop your own dietary supplement based on a personalised formula? Private label? Microz can make it happen. We can also advise you on any adjustments to an existing formulation, whilst closely monitoring changes to European legislation and regulations. Confidentiality regarding your formulation can be guaranteed through a Confidentiality Agreement or Non-Disclosure Agreement.
