VARIBOX: the safe and reusable IBC. Trip after trip. Year after year.

Chemicals and cleaning products are filled, transported, connected and drained every day. It is precisely there, at the moment a person is handling the container, that the risk lies.

VARIBOX has been designed differently from the ground up. For over ten years, chemical distributors and detergent manufacturers across Europe have relied on our reusable IBCs. They are built around three promises: safety, reusability and sustainability.

Safety: the Safeline system

The VARIBOX Full Containment (FC) and Compact Containment (CC) models are fitted with the Safeline suction tube system, which has been specially developed for safe connection and disconnection.

Safeline seals automatically as soon as you disconnect. No product is released and the employee is not exposed. The couplings are colour- and shape-coded according to the sealing material, so that the wrong combination cannot be connected. At the same time, the integrated secondary containment system catches any leaks within the container itself. In this way, VARIBOX protects your team, your site and the environment.

Reusability: built to last

A VARIBOX is not designed for a single journey, but to last for years. The Single Containment has a service life up to 10 times longer than a standard IBC.

In the FC and CC models, the Safeline suction tube is positioned at the lowest point of a specially designed well within the container. As a result, less than 0.5 litres of product remains after emptying. This means less product loss, faster cleaning and a container that is quickly ready for the next filling.

Through maintenance, inspection and the VARIBOX Return it take-back programme, we keep your containers in top condition and in circulation.

Sustainability: reusable rather than disposable

Every VARIBOX trip replaces a single-use packaging item. As virtually no residual product remains, fewer chemicals end up as waste. At the end of its long service life, the container is 99 per cent recyclable.

In this way, VARIBOX supports you in making the switch to reusable packaging systems, in line with the direction set out in the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
