Fully automatic operation

The Heron Filling Line operates fully automatically. The only manual task is handling the supply and removal of the jerrycans. The machine ensures that the containers are positioned accurately, after which the filling nozzles enter the containers via a servo-controlled movement. Filling takes place in several stages: a large dose followed by a smaller dose to ensure highly accurate filling. This process not only guarantees precision but also minimises waste. Finally, a tilting tray beneath the nozzles catches any spilled liquid.
