Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic MAP / skin pack / tray sealing machine
Description
This is the Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic tray sealer, capable of MAP or skin packaging.
A robust and compact machine, ideal for small-batch production. It offers quick format changeovers and the ability to set parameters with great precision to achieve optimal vacuum and gas levels, ensuring a longer shelf life for the product. The machine is fitted with an automatic film feed system and a built-in vacuum pump.
It utilises separate upper and lower vacuum chambers to create a perfect skin. The product can be packaged up to 40 mm above the edge of the tray. This machine offers the option of skin-packing on trays as well as on a flat surface (cardboard).
Optional extras include:
- VG system fitted with a special ‘red meat’ pump
- Skin or MAP packaging
- Powder and liquid separator to protect the pump
- Print mark control for printed film
- Easy-open feature on the top seal
