PREWA 'Basic' vertical filling machine
MADE IN GERMANY! The “basic” form, fill and seal machine from Prewa Verpackungsmaschinenbau is characterised by a robust tubular frame. In the “basic” series, we also fit a Siemens control system. The difference between this series and the other machine series is that it uses a pneumatic cylinder in the drive section of the cross jaws to drive the sealing jaws. The film unwinding is powered by a motor. This machine is particularly suitable for businesses wishing to switch from manual packaging to an automated solution at a manageable cost. INVpack BY3 stick pack machine
This compact stick-pack machine is designed for small production volumes; it has a maximum roll width of 300 mm and is available with 1 to 7 lanes. The BY3 is suitable for stick packs with a width of between 17 and 45 mm. This machine is available in both standard food-grade and pharmaceutical versions and comes with all validation documents. Reeseal 32S semi-automatic tray sealer
The ReeSeal 32S is a compact, semi-automatic tray sealer designed for use in supermarkets, restaurants and similar establishments, for heat-sealing products – such as ready meals – into trays. The machine is easy to operate, features control of the sealing parameters and allows for quick format changes. The tools can also be used in the Reebasic automatic tray sealer. Optional extras include a special cutting blade for a premium presentation of the packaging. The machine can be supplied on castors. Hamer Packaging blister machines

Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic MAP / skin pack / tray sealing machine
This is the Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic tray sealer, capable of MAP or skin packaging. A robust and compact machine, ideal for small-batch production. It offers quick format changeovers and the ability to set parameters with great precision to achieve optimal vacuum and gas levels, ensuring a longer shelf life for the product. The machine is fitted with an automatic film feed system and a built-in vacuum pump. It utilises separate upper and lower vacuum chambers to create a perfect skin. The product can be packaged up to 40 mm above the edge of the tray. This machine offers the option of skin-packing on trays as well as on a flat surface (cardboard).
