Filling and packaging machine for sandwich fillings, ice cream and baking toppings
The development and construction of a vertical packaging machine for toppings for bread, ice cream or baked goods. The challenge was to create a machine that is not only flexible but can also handle different product sizes efficiently, without the need for complex conversion processes. To meet these requirements, we have developed an innovative packaging line. The key requirement for this machine was flexibility, enabling it to process both cardboard boxes and jars. To achieve this, we opted for a unique side-belt system that can hold the boxes and jars securely in place. This packaging line is an autonomous machine with an integrated linear weighing system. All settings are easy to adjust and are recorded in a log on the machine’s screen. The replaceable hardware components can be easily removed and replaced with bespoke parts for each specific product. Furthermore, it is possible to operate the machine with the central door open, allowing for manual filling or the addition of products. Thanks to the machine’s ease of use, it is possible to switch from one product to another in just 20 minutes. Has the above piqued your interest?
