How does the Finch Filling Line work? The semi-automatic Finch Filling Line operates pneumatically and features fast and accurate weighing capabilities. The filling machine is very easy to operate: To prepare, the operator places the container on the weighing platform beneath the filling nozzle; The desired quantity of liquid is set via a control panel; The operator activates the machine by pressing ‘start’ (or using the foot pedal), causing the machine to fill the container precisely with the set quantity of liquid; After filling, the operator can seal the product (e.g. screw a cap onto a bottle), remove it and prepare the next container for the filling process. Complete the Finch Filling Line with various options The Finch Filling Line can be expanded as required with various options. For example, a roller conveyor is available as a weighing platform combined with a feed/discharge belt. This not only enables a higher capacity to be achieved but also reduces the strain on the operator. A lifting aid is also available to reduce the strain involved in lifting the packaging. Finally, a tilting tray beneath the nozzles catches any spilled liquid.
