FR 200 flow-packer (HFFS)

This horizontal flow-wrapper (HFFS) produces pillow-shaped packaging with three seals at a medium-to-high production rate.

This new model is equipped with the very latest motion control technology, including a control system based on an industrial PC. This gives the machine the same capabilities as higher-end models.

The FR200 machine is characterised by the robust, powerful construction for which ULMA is renowned, coupled with quality and reliability. These features, combined with user-friendliness and ergonomics, make the FR200 a flexible machine suitable for a wide range of applications.

• The sealing direction is from left to right

FR 200 IP Version for “PAPRIKA”

• This version is specially designed to package ‘traffic light’ peppers in combination with a weigher. This enables the machine to produce different packaging lengths
• Feed conveyor with a single belt and two pushers, specially designed for peppers
• The bag length is adjusted to match the product length by a photoelectric sensor mounted on the feed conveyor
• Also operates with fixed bag lengths and continuous printed film
• Option to use the machine for packaging products in trays
