FR 200 flow-packer (HFFS)
This horizontal flow-wrapper (HFFS) produces pillow-shaped packaging with three seals at a medium-to-high production rate. As a leading manufacturer in the packaging sector, ULMA is always at the forefront when it comes to updating its range of machines with the latest innovations and state-of-the-art technologies. These innovations have resulted in the new FR200, which, amongst other things, increases the packaging speed compared to previous models. FR 305 flow packer (HFFS)
This horizontal flow-wrapper (HFFS) produces cushion-shaped packaging with three seals. It is specifically designed for manufacturers of bakery products, biscuits, chocolate and sweets. The new FM 305 is the result of ULMA’s commitment to innovation and technological development. This ongoing process has led to the new FR 305 as part of the range of rotary packaging machines. The new FR 305 replaces the previous series of rotary packaging machines with bottom film, and incorporates the latest technological developments to deliver a better user experience, greater strength and higher reliability compared to previous models. The new FR 305 is just as robust, reliable and easy to operate as all ULMA machines, and combines this with an ergonomic, cantilevered design that makes it easy to clean and ensures it meets hygiene requirements. TFE 500 thermoformer

TFS 80 hygienic design thermoformer

SMART 300 tray sealer
Compact and versatile! Semi-automatic tray sealer for all types of pre-formed trays. Capable of producing MAP and skin packaging. Its simple operation and quick format changes make this compact tray sealer ideal for small-scale use, product development or testing. Short production runs do not usually require fully automatic tray sealers, but they do require high-quality packaging. The SMART 300 semi-automatic tray sealer is compact, flexible and suitable for various tray types and materials. Its simple operation and quick format changes make this compact tray sealer ideal for small-scale use, product development or testing. The SMART tray sealers are suitable for the following applications: Atmospheric packaging (seal only) MAP packaging (modified atmosphere packaging) Vacuum skin packaging (trayskin) The following products are ideal for tray sealing: charcuterie, fresh meat, meat products, fish and fish products, fruit and vegetables, pasta, ready meals, fruit salad, dried fruit, delicatessen salads, soup, sauces, dairy products, pastries, chocolate products, medical and non-food products. The process begins by placing the trays containing the product into the machine’s compartments. The cycle is fully automatic and is started by pressing two buttons simultaneously. The process consists of the following steps: Inserting and closing the tray compartment Vacuum if required (optional) Gas injection if required (optional) Sealing the film onto the tray Cutting the film Trays return to the start position Film advances for the next cycle Whilst the trays are returning to the start position, they are lifted to facilitate the removal and reloading of the trays.
