ALtech ALstep labelling system
The ALtech ALstep is a compact and affordable label applicator for self-adhesive labels, designed for simple labelling applications and easy to integrate into existing production lines. The system can apply labels to the bottom, top, sides and ends of products and is built around a robust, modular and proven mechanical structure. The ALstep features a colour touch panel with a ‘clean design’, suitable for demanding production environments such as the food industry, and therefore offers very straightforward operation. Thanks to the accessible side of the paper path, labels can be changed quickly and easily. In addition, the standard module supports various applicators (including a peeler bar, air blow unit, tamp and corner labelling). ALtech ALritma labelling system
The ALtech ALritma is a powerful, fast and accurate label applicator designed for integration into production lines where high speed, precision and reliability are essential. The system can apply labels to the bottom, top, sides and ends of packaging and offers an application speed of up to 50 m/min. Thanks to its robust IP55-rated housing and flexible mechanical structure, the ALritma operates trouble-free in harsh industrial environments. The controller, featuring a powerful microprocessor, colour touch panel and intuitive operation, speeds up format changes and eliminates the need for complex mechanical adjustments. The ALritma supports various applicators (such as peeler bar, blow unit, tamp and corner labelling) and is available for label widths of 100, 200 or 300 mm. ALtech ALmatic labelling system
The ALtech ALmatic is a semi-automatic labelling machine designed for the precise application of self-adhesive labels to cylindrical, flat or elliptical products. The operator positions the product manually, after which the system applies the label automatically. Thanks to its ergonomic design and ball bearings, products are easily positioned and label placement remains extremely accurate. The ALmatic handles labels up to 200 mm wide and products with diameters of 12–110 mm and heights of up to 350 mm, making the system ideal for smaller products such as vials, ampoules and jars. The machine is well suited to small batches, offers high processing speeds and can be fitted with thermal transfer or hot foil units. There are two models: ALmatic C for cylindrical products, with driven rollers. ALmatic E for flat or elliptical products, with an encoder for automatic speed adjustment. ALtech ALbelt labelling system
The ALtech ALbelt is a simple, modular and robust linear labelling system that is ideal for the efficient application of labels to a wide range of products. The system consists of a sturdy machine frame with a conveyor belt, onto which an ALstep or ALritma label applicator and various modules can be mounted, such as spacers with side clamping belts, wraparound and fold-wrap modules. This modular design allows the ALbelt to be fully customised to suit your product and labelling requirements. The machine supports a wide range of applications, from single-sided side-panel labelling to full-wrap labelling of oval products. With labelling speeds of approximately 40–60 products per minute, the ALbelt offers a fast, robust and cost-effective solution for many labelling processes. ALtech ALline labelling system
The ALtech ALline is a fully automatic, modular in-line labelling system for rectangular, cylindrical, oval and conical products. Thanks to its flexible design, labels can be applied in various positions, and all-round labelling is also possible, for example in combination with a wraparound module. The system is available in various versions, including the ALline C for all-round labelling of cylindrical products, the ALline E for simultaneous front and rear labelling of rectangular or elliptical products, the 3-Roller for precisely vertically positioned labels on cylindrical objects, the Horizontal for unstable cylindrical products that need to be labelled horizontally, and the Special for complex-shaped products. The ALline can apply labels to materials such as plastic, glass and metal, thereby offering a highly versatile and reliable solution for a wide range of labelling applications.
Germark Petit Brio labelling system
The Germark Petit Brio is a compact, accurate and user-friendly labelling system that can be easily integrated into existing production lines. The system features a removable control panel that can also be fitted into other control units or positioned separately alongside the line. Thanks to its multilingual and intuitive interface, the operator has full control, whilst the labelling speed is synchronised via an encoder or a 0–10V signal. The machine handles labels with a width of 115 to 195 mm, a roll diameter of up to 300 mm and a 76 mm core, and applies them at speeds of up to 50 metres per minute. In addition, the Petit Brio can be expanded with options such as automatic winders/unwinders, integration with a second labelling machine for non-stop labelling, and integrated printer control. Germark Basic labelling system
The Germark Basic is a compact and precise labelling machine for cylindrical, oval and conical products, such as bottles and other packaging. Its user-friendly design allows for quick and easy adjustments, enabling the machine to be used efficiently in a wide range of production environments. Thanks to its large label roll capacity and the automatic unwinding and rewinding control system, the Germark Basic can label continuously for long periods. The machine has a modular design and is available in three versions, enabling labelling on one side, both sides or all round. The system can handle cylindrical products from 15 mm wide and 15 mm high, with a maximum product width of 100 mm. Label rolls can be 125 or 205 mm high, with a minimum length of 10 mm and an outer diameter of up to 300 mm (core 76 mm). Gernep Soluta labelling system
The Gernep Soluta is a rotary labelling machine designed for the fast and accurate application of self-adhesive labels to products in sectors such as beverages, food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The machine excels at high speeds and high volumes, and can handle a wide range of packaging materials, including glass, PET, plastic and metal. With up to six labelling applicators, products can be labelled with extreme precision, whilst the modular design enables an efficient non-stop production line. If required, self-adhesive labels can be combined with wet glue or hot melt. The Soluta uses self-adhesive labels suitable for high-quality product presentations, including ‘no-label’ look and water-resistant plastic labels. Gernep Labetta cold-glue labelling system
The Gernep Labetta is a cold-glue labelling machine of proven quality, suitable for paper and plastic labels on, amongst other things, PET bottles, glass jars and tins. Thanks to the use of high-quality drive and control components, the Labetta offers a flexible system that labels with precision, even when working with different packaging shapes or damp bottles. The carousel design ensures stable, precise guidance, whilst conversion to other packaging or label formats remains straightforward. The combination of technologies such as stainless steel glue rollers, adjustable rubber glue pads and a glue scraper blade with economy setting guarantees an optimal and reliable glue pattern. The machine complies with all relevant labelling regulations and offers precise label positioning, supported by a reliable PLC control system and comprehensive safety systems. Gernep Rollina hot-melt labelling system
The Gernep Rollina is a fully automatic hot-melt labelling machine designed for the fast and accurate circumferential labelling of glass, plastic and metal packaging in various shapes and sizes. The machine uses pre-cut paper or plastic labels, which are applied without a glue drum. Hot-melt adhesive is dispensed in dots via high-pressure nozzles, after which the label is placed directly onto the packaging from the magazine and securely bonded with a vertical adhesive strip. This ensures a reliable seal and a very clean, low-maintenance method of bonding. The Rollina is a rotary labeller that handles both small and large labels, provided the product is not tapered or curved. Thanks to high-quality control and drive components, the machine offers high availability, ease of use and low operating costs. Gernep Combi carousel labelling system
The Gernep Combi is a flexible labelling machine on which up to six different printing and gluing systems can be installed. These systems can operate simultaneously or separately, depending on the requirements of your production process. Thanks to its compact design, the Combi fits into confined spaces, whilst additional printing systems can easily be added at a later date. The machine supports wet-glue labelling, hot-melt labelling from the roll and the application of self-adhesive labels, suitable for both paper and plastic labels. Product and label changes are quick and easy, making the machine particularly efficient in dynamic production lines. Using various gluing techniques, the Combi can apply labels accurately to a wide range of materials, including glass and plastic, without damaging the product.
