Sepia CP01 Case Packer
The Sepia CP01 case packer was developed in-house by Het Packhuys, in collaboration with our trusted partner J-TS. The high demand for a compact yet fast and powerful case packer has led to the creation of this impressive machine. The advantages of the Sepia CP01 case packer: In-house development and production Minimal pressure on the top seal film Virtually no moving parts Easy to integrate into existing lines Flexible and easy to maintain The CP01 case packer places trays quickly and precisely into the appropriate boxes, tubs or crates, with minimal pressure on the top-seal film; this is the system’s key advantage! The machine easily processes up to 100 trays per minute and is simple to integrate into existing production lines. 30x40 or 60x40 (pavement-style) boxes or the various plastic tubs are no problem for the machine. Thanks to a film detection system and a barcode scanner, you can be sure that only correctly packaged products are packed. In combination with our box destacker, the customer is assured of fully autonomous end-of-line automation.
