TFS 80 hygienic design thermoformer

TFS 80 hygienic design thermoformer

Description

Super-compact thermoformer with a hygienic design. The machine is suitable for flexible film and can be fitted with vacuum and/or gas (MAP) options. An ideal solution for small spaces or as a test machine.

The TFS 80 thermoforming machine is designed for packaging food, non-food and/or medical products. The packaging is created using two films, with the bottom film being thermoformed and the top film used to seal the package.

Our TFS 80 is ULMA’s entry-level model for making the transition from manual to automatic packaging. This highly cost-effective solution offers savings compared to larger thermoforming machines;

  • Reduction in packaging costs
  • Increased production
  • Product presentation

Thanks to the simple design of this TFS machine, you can easily change formats, giving you a high degree of flexibility. This allows you to run short packaging runs quickly without wasting much time reconfiguring the machine.

Just like all our other ULMA machines, we prioritise:

  • The highest quality components
  • The latest safety regulations
  • IP-65 protection
  • Easy conversion of our machines
  • Machines that are easily accessible for maintenance
  • Ease of operation
