TP 01 Cap Sealing Machine
Simple cap-sealing machine for sealing various caps and lids. These cap sealers are available from stock and are on display, fully operational, in our showroom. Pneumatic cap sealing machines suitable for sealing twist-off, snap-on or plastic screw caps. The torque of the capping head can be manually adjusted up to 11 Nm, depending on the correct torque required to seal the cap. A handwheel with a counter allows the correct height of the capping head to be set and provides a reference for the correct adjustment. The pneumatic cylinder that holds the bottle in place during capping is also height-adjustable. Various attachments are available. Capping heads made from soft material. Hard, wear-resistant metal capping heads, specially made to measure for your cap. Easy to set up and convert. The machine operates entirely on compressed air and has a maintenance-free motor.
