The JAM42 is a compact monoblock filling and capping machine. It is the perfect solution thanks to its flexibility and compact dimensions. Suitable for jars and bottles containing: Home & personal care products Pharmaceuticals & cosmetics Essential oils, CBD oil, argan oil Speed up to 50 units per minute Monoblock compatible with various filling techniques. The filling machines can, for example, be fitted with: Volumetric pumps / dosing pumps Peristaltic pumps Mass flow meters Rotary dosing pump Why choose this machine? All parts that come into contact with the product are made from 316L stainless steel Compact machine with a small footprint. Easy access, visibility of the product, and ease of maintenance and cleaning. Simple and quick format changeover without the need for tools. Central star wheel, fitted with a safety clutch, for transporting bottles to various processing stations. Vibrating feeder on the operator’s side for easy loading. A single continuous conveyor belt for bottle infeed and outfeed, with adjustable guides, enabling a bypass function (optional). Option to install a peristaltic pump unit, mass flow metres or a rotary piston pump . Various capping units available for a wide range of cap types, with one or more units capable of being applied to the bottle simultaneously.
