Allround Universal SA Pouch Filling Machine
These universal GMP-compliant filling machines are designed for the easy filling of both low- and high-viscosity liquids into pouches. Our filling machines are constructed from very high-quality materials and are ideally suited for filling food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Cleaning the machine is quick and easy. Every day the filling machine is used, you benefit from its short cleaning time. Available cylinder sizes: 2 – 40 ml 5 – 100 ml 10 – 250 ml 20 – 380 ml 40 – 700 ml 100 – 1300 ml The machines are modular in design with interchangeable heads. This allows us to configure the machines entirely to your specific requirements. The pneumatic drive ensures precise dosing. This also allows the suction and discharge speeds to be set independently and with exact precision. As a result, the machine can be perfectly adapted to the viscosity of the product. GMP-compliant design through the use of high-grade 316L stainless steel with the very highest polish for optimal cleaning. GMP compliance is achieved by fitting all couplings with Tri-Clamp connections, which have no contamination points and allow for tool-free disassembly. GMP compliance is ensured by the use of a conical tilt valve made from a single piece of solid material (Ertalyte). Direct suction from a drum, bin, kettle or IBC is possible with various sizes of suction hose couplings, depending on the viscosity of the product and the distance to the product supply. The volume is set via an easy-to-read analogue counter with a locking mechanism.
