TFE 500 thermoformer
Thermoforming packaging machine for flexible or rigid film applications, suitable for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum options, designed for medium to high production volumes. TFE series thermoforming machines for food and non-food packaging, with specialised adaptations focusing on disposable medical products, suitable for both flexible and rigid packaging. Optional vacuum and gas flushing systems are available for MAP packaging. The machine is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials with a fully stainless steel structure. All functional modules have been developed to provide support. This, combined with high operational reliability, makes it possible to adapt the machine to different formats and production requirements. TFS 80 hygienic design thermoformer
Super-compact thermoformer with a hygienic design. The machine is suitable for flexible film and can be fitted with vacuum and/or gas (MAP) options. An ideal solution for small spaces or as a test machine. The TFS 80 thermoforming machine is designed for packaging food, non-food and/or medical products. The packaging is created using two films, with the bottom film being thermoformed and the top film used to seal the package. Our TFS 80 is ULMA’s entry-level model for making the transition from manual to automatic packaging.
