FR 100 flow packer (HFFS)
With the new FR 100 as its entry-level model, ULMA completes its range of flow packers. This machine is easy to operate and user-friendly, making it ideal for customers looking to get started with flow packing. This model is suitable for the bakery industry or for products packed in trays. Thanks to its flexibility, the machine can be easily adapted to different products. The machine is fitted with a 7-inch HMI touchscreen, which makes it easy to set up the line and save programmes. FR 200 flow-packer (HFFS)
This horizontal flow-wrapper (HFFS) produces pillow-shaped packaging with three seals at a medium-to-high production rate. These innovations have resulted in the new FR200, which, amongst other things, increases the packaging speed compared to previous models. This new model is equipped with the very latest motion control technology, including a control system based on an industrial PC. This gives the machine the same capabilities as higher-end models. The FR200 machine is characterised by the robust, powerful construction for which ULMA is renowned, coupled with quality and reliability. These features, combined with user-friendliness and ergonomics, make the FR200 a flexible machine suitable for a wide range of applications. FR 305 flow packer (HFFS)
This horizontal flow-wrapper (HFFS) produces cushion-shaped packaging with three seals. It is specifically designed for manufacturers of bakery products, biscuits, chocolate and sweets. The new FM 305 is the result of ULMA’s commitment to innovation and technological development. This ongoing process has led to the new FR 305 as part of the range of rotary packaging machines. The new FR 305 replaces the previous series of rotary packaging machines with bottom film, and incorporates the latest technological developments to deliver a better user experience, greater strength and higher reliability compared to previous models. The new FR 305 is just as robust, reliable and easy to operate as all ULMA machines, and combines this with an ergonomic, cantilevered design that makes it easy to clean and ensures it meets hygiene requirements. In addition to these well-known features of ULMA machines, the new models are also extremely flexible when switching between different formats, thanks to the groundbreaking electronic platform with an industrial PC. These features make the FR 305 the ideal machine to meet the needs of customers wishing to package irregularly shaped products or those that are difficult to handle.
