Monolithic tyres

Our monolithic belts are used in environments where hygiene and food safety must meet the highest standards and requirements. The belts contain no fabric reinforcements, thereby preventing the risk of fabric protrusion and contamination caused by delaminating textile layers. In addition to traditional belts, positively driven belts are also available. These belts require minimal tension, which extends their service life. The risk of misalignment and slippage with this type of belt is minimised. The monolithic belts are available in PU and PE materials. Modular conveyor belts

Modular conveyor belts are made up of links and are connected by pins. The range of extruded products continues to grow. When selecting the right conveyor belt, the application and industry are taken into account. To ensure the quality of the belt, we can choose from a range of materials: PA POM PE PP S235 Stainless steel For our link belts, we can also choose from a range of additional options, including drivers, upright edges and hold-down tabs. Rubber woven straps

Our rubber tyres are available in a wide range of types, sizes and tread patterns. As standard, our tyres are made from synthetic or natural rubber. For specialised applications, we can supply tyres in oil-, grease- and heat-resistant grades, amongst others. We use the highest quality materials for all our smooth, profiled and drive belts. We manufacture and fit cords and lugs using a high-frequency machine.

Plastic woven straps

Our plastic belts are available in a wide range of types, sizes and colours. We manufacture and develop conveyor belts to meet our customers’ requirements and needs. Buffer and turntables

Turntables are often used at the start or end of a production line. A common application is buffering products before or after an operation on the production line. Buffering allows for a continuous supply of products, ensuring that production does not come to a standstill. The turntables are available in stainless steel or carbon steel. Standard diameters for the turntables are 800 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm.
