AXO1600 tube filling and sealing machine
AXO1600 automatic tube filling and sealing machine for filling and sealing aluminium, plastic and laminate tubes. The machine is ideally suited for filling semi-viscous and liquid products for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, technical and food industries. It has a capacity of up to 100 tubes per minute.
AXO4800 tube filling and sealing machine
Features of the AXOMATIC AXO4800 tube-filling machines: Stainless steel feed magazine with horizontal feeding of the tubes to the loading station. This can be adjusted very quickly and is reliable, preventing the tubes from bridging. Feeding station with vacuum (holds the tube in place during insertion) and a pneumatic pressure cylinder to press the tube 100 per cent into the bottom of the tube holder. Alignment station with bottom drive for rotating the tube holder, ensuring that the filling side of the tube is not subjected to stress from a rotating part (no particles, in accordance with FDA regulations) All drive curves in the machine are milled into the mechanism (no springs for the downward movements of the drives), which ensures high operational reliability and results in a smoother-running machine drive. PLC control and a few adjustments via an encoder, with values and alarm messages displayed on a 10” touchscreen. Easy switching between a capping system for aluminium tubes and a capping system for plastic tubes.
Junior Labelling System
Junior benchtop labelling system for applying self-adhesive labels to cylindrical products. The Junior model features motorised rollers and a Strong 100 labelling head for applying labels to bottles, jars, pens and tubes. The product is placed on the rollers by hand and the start switch is pressed. This automatically dispenses the label onto the product, which simultaneously rotates on the rollers, thereby pressing the label into place.
Labelling Machine System 1 Twist + Rollers
System 1 Twist + Rollers automatic labelling machine, suitable for perfectly labelling cylindrical or slightly conical products. Product diameters: 20 mm – 112 mm (other sizes available on request) Speed of up to 30 products per minute, depending on the product and label.

TP 01 Cap Sealing Machine
Simple cap-sealing machine for sealing various caps and lids. These cap sealers are available from stock and are on display, fully operational, in our showroom. Pneumatic cap sealing machines suitable for sealing twist-off, snap-on or plastic screw caps. The torque of the capping head can be manually adjusted up to 11 Nm, depending on the correct torque required to seal the cap. A handwheel with a counter allows the correct height of the capping head to be set and provides a reference for the correct adjustment. The pneumatic cylinder that holds the bottle in place during capping is also height-adjustable. Various attachments are available. Capping heads made from soft material. Hard, wear-resistant metal capping heads, specially made to measure for your cap. Easy to set up and convert. The machine operates entirely on compressed air and has a maintenance-free motor. Axoblock 100 automatic filling and sealing machine
The Axoblock 100 is a compact automatic filling and capping machine. The machine is available in two versions and can be fitted with or without pucks for positioning the bottles. The strength of this machine lies in its ability to switch quickly to a different bottle size. By using pucks, the machine can fill both stable and unstable products effortlessly. Bottle/jar diameter: 20 mm – 90 mm Bottle/jar height: 40 mm – 285 mm A highly compact solution for filling and capping products. The bottles are placed manually on a loading table or into pucks.
