Gernep Rollina hot-melt labelling systemLabelling systems

Gernep Rollina hot-melt labelling system

The Gernep Rollina is a fully automatic hot-melt labelling machine designed for the fast and accurate circumferential labelling of glass, plastic and metal packaging in various shapes and sizes. The machine uses pre-cut paper or plastic labels, which are applied without a glue drum. Hot-melt adhesive is dispensed in dots via high-pressure nozzles, after which the label is placed directly onto the packaging from the magazine and securely bonded with a vertical adhesive strip. This ensures a reliable seal and a very clean, low-maintenance method of bonding. The Rollina is a rotary labeller that handles both small and large labels, provided the product is not tapered or curved. Thanks to high-quality control and drive components, the machine offers high availability, ease of use and low operating costs. Furthermore, its design allows for quick changeovers to different product and label formats, whilst ensuring compliance with all safety standards. In short: a compact, efficient and low-maintenance solution for high-quality wrap-around labelling.
