MK TH1050 thermoforming machine

This TH1050 packaging machine is designed and built entirely in Gilze and is therefore one of our own products. The machine is manufactured with a standard width of 320 / 355 or 420 mm. The machine’s output length can be selected from 200 / 220 / 240 / 250 / 270 / 300. MAP / Vacuum or sealing only is possible. There are also two options for the pumps; the machine is supplied as standard with a Busch vacuum pump, but it can also be supplied with a Gardner Denver pump. Further options and upgrades to the standard machine are always open to discussion and can be arranged by mutual agreement. If you are interested in the machine, we would be delighted to invite you to come and view it in Gilze and, where possible, to produce some packaging samples using your test product. MK ProSelection – second-hand thermoforming machines

These are packaging machines that have been reconditioned and inspected by MK Gilze. The name stands for quality and reliability in the broadest sense of the word. The reconditioning of these machines is carried out at our site in Gilze en Rijen, right next to the A58. Our machines have proven themselves with various customers and across different sectors, enabling us to supply you with a machine you, as a customer, can rely on. The reconditioning of the packaging machines is carried out entirely using original or equivalent parts. The existing formats and/or tools fitted to the machine are reconditioned and fitted with new bearings and seals. Should the customer request new tools and/or other specific parts, these are fully included in the machine’s drawing package. Our format parts are fully documented and, where necessary, numbered. Every day the filling machine is used, you benefit from its short cleaning time. This allows us to configure the machines entirely to your specific requirements. The pneumatic drive of the dosing pump ensures accurate dosing. This also allows the suction and discharge speeds to be set precisely and independently of one another. As a result, the machine can be perfectly adapted to the viscosity of the product. GMP-compliant design through the use of high-grade 316L stainless steel with the highest possible polish for optimal cleaning. GMP compliance is achieved by fitting all couplings with Tri-Clamp connections, which have no contamination points and allow for tool-free disassembly. GMP compliance is ensured by the use of a conical tilting valve made from a single piece of solid material (Ertalyte). Direct suction from a drum, bin, kettle or IBC is possible with various sizes of suction hose couplings, depending on the viscosity of the product and the distance to the product supply. The volume is set via an easy-to-read analogue counter with a locking mechanism.

Axoblock 100 automatic filling and sealing machine

The Axoblock 100 is a compact automatic filling and capping machine. The machine is available in two versions and can be fitted with or without pucks for positioning the bottles. The strength of this machine lies in its ability to switch quickly to a different bottle size. By using pucks, the machine can fill both stable and unstable products effortlessly. TP 01 Cap Sealing Machine

Simple cap-sealing machine for sealing various caps and lids. These cap sealers are available from stock and are on display, fully operational, in our showroom. Pneumatic cap sealing machines suitable for sealing twist-off, snap-on or plastic screw caps. The torque of the capping head can be manually adjusted up to 11 Nm, depending on the correct torque required to seal the cap. A handwheel with a counter allows the correct height of the capping head to be set and provides a reference for the correct adjustment. The pneumatic cylinder that holds the bottle in place during capping is also height-adjustable. Various attachments are available. Capping heads made from soft material. Junior Labelling System

Junior benchtop labelling system for applying self-adhesive labels to cylindrical products. The Junior model features motorised rollers and a Strong 100 labelling head for applying labels to bottles, jars, pens and tubes. The product is placed on the rollers by hand and the start switch is pressed. This automatically dispenses the label onto the product, which simultaneously rotates on the rollers, thereby pressing the label into place.

AXO4800 tube filling and sealing machine

Features of the AXOMATIC AXO4800 tube-filling machines: Stainless steel feed magazine with horizontal feeding of the tubes to the loading station. This can be adjusted very quickly and is reliable, preventing the tubes from bridging. Feeding station with vacuum (holds the tube in place during insertion) and a pneumatic pressure cylinder to press the tube 100 per cent into the bottom of the tube holder. Alignment station with bottom drive for rotating the tube holder, ensuring that the filling side of the tube is not subjected to stress from a rotating part (no particles, in accordance with FDA regulations) All drive curves in the machine are milled into the mechanism (no springs for the downward movements of the drives), which ensures high operational reliability and results in a smoother-running machine drive.
