Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic MAP / skin pack / tray sealing machine

This is the Reepack ReeTray 30 semi-automatic tray sealer, capable of MAP or skin packaging. A robust and compact machine, ideal for small-batch production. It offers quick format changeovers and the ability to set parameters with great precision to achieve optimal vacuum and gas levels, ensuring a longer shelf life for the product. Hamer Packaging blister machines

The ReeSeal 32S is a compact, semi-automatic tray sealer designed for use in supermarkets, restaurants and similar establishments, for heat-sealing products – such as ready meals – into trays. MK TH1050 thermoforming machine

This TH1050 packaging machine is designed and built entirely in Gilze and is therefore one of our own products. The machine is manufactured with a standard width of 320 / 355 or 420 mm. The machine’s output length can be selected from 200 / 220 / 240 / 250 / 270 / 300. MAP / Vacuum or sealing only is possible. There are also two options for the pumps; the machine is supplied as standard with a Busch vacuum pump, but it can also be supplied with a Gardner Denver pump. Further options and upgrades to the standard machine are always open to discussion and can be arranged by mutual agreement. These are packaging machines that have been reconditioned and inspected by MK Gilze. The name stands for quality and reliability in the broadest sense of the word. The reconditioning of these machines is carried out at our site in Gilze en Rijen, right next to the A58. Our machines have proven themselves with various customers and across different sectors, enabling us to supply you with a machine you, as a customer, can rely on. The reconditioning of the packaging machines is carried out entirely using original or equivalent parts. The existing formats and/or tools fitted to the machine are reconditioned and fitted with new bearings and seals. Should the customer request new tools and/or other specific parts, these are fully included in the machine’s drawing package. Our format parts are fully documented and, where necessary, numbered. The Axoblock 100 is a compact automatic filling and capping machine. The machine is available in two versions and can be fitted with or without pucks for positioning the bottles. TP 01 Cap Sealing Machine

Simple cap-sealing machine for sealing various caps and lids. These cap sealers are available from stock and are on display, fully operational, in our showroom. Pneumatic cap sealing machines suitable for sealing twist-off, snap-on or plastic screw caps. The torque of the capping head can be manually adjusted up to 11 Nm, depending on the correct torque required to seal the cap. A handwheel with a counter allows the correct height of the capping head to be set and provides a reference for the correct adjustment. The pneumatic cylinder that holds the bottle in place during capping is also height-adjustable. Various attachments are available. Capping heads made from soft material. AXO4800 tube filling and sealing machine

Features of the AXOMATIC AXO4800 tube-filling machines: Stainless steel feed magazine with horizontal feeding of the tubes to the loading station. This can be adjusted very quickly and is reliable, preventing the tubes from bridging. Feeding station with vacuum (holds the tube in place during insertion) and a pneumatic pressure cylinder to press the tube 100 per cent into the bottom of the tube holder. Alignment station with bottom drive for rotating the tube holder, ensuring that the filling side of the tube is not subjected to stress from a rotating part (no particles, in accordance with FDA regulations) All drive curves in the machine are milled into the mechanism (no springs for the downward movements of the drives), which ensures high operational reliability and results in a smoother-running machine drive.
